Copyright Protection & DMCA Policy

This service is an online platform that produces and distributes music works in the form of sheet music,
operated under an agreement with the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA),
a domestic copyright collective management organization.

The service is operated in compliance with the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea and related laws,
and additionally adheres to internationally recognized standards for online copyright protection,
including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States.

All sheet music registered and sold on the platform is managed with the highest priority placed on the protection of copyright holders’ rights.
Where copyright infringement is identified or reasonably suspected, appropriate measures will be taken
in accordance with applicable laws, agreements with domestic copyright organizations, and this DMCA Policy.

Role and Scope of Responsibility of the Platform

This service operates as an online platform and marketplace that facilitates voluntary registration and transactions
between independent sheet music sellers and users.

The platform functions solely as a service provider that charges a commission on sales
and does not act as a publisher, producer, or contractual party for the creation of content.

All responsibility for the legal validity of uploaded content—including copyright ownership,
permission for use of original works, and authorization for derivative works
(such as arrangements or adaptations)—rests entirely with the seller who uploads the content.

The platform does not undertake any obligation to pre-screen or verify the copyright status of uploaded sheet music.
Sellers who violate this policy, including failure to respond promptly to DMCA notices,
may be subject to account suspension or termination.

Copyright Infringement Reports and Takedown Requests

If copyright infringement has occurred or is reasonably suspected,
the copyright owner or an authorized representative may request the removal or suspension of access
to the relevant content.

In accordance with the DMCA, the platform responds promptly to claims of copyright infringement
submitted to its designated Copyright Agent.
Information regarding submission methods and contact details for the Copyright Agent
is available through the customer support channel or a separate notice page.

Requirements for DMCA Notice of Infringement

A copyright infringement notice (“Notice”) must include substantially the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
   of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
   (e.g., original title, composer, and year of publication).

3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed or access to which is to be disabled,
   and information reasonably sufficient to permit the platform to locate the material
   (e.g., the specific URL).

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the platform to contact the complaining party,
   including address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief
   that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized
   by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the Notice is accurate,
   and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized
   to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid Notice, the platform will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
and notify the uploader (seller) accordingly.

Counter-Notice

If a seller believes that the removed or disabled content does not infringe copyright
or that the seller has obtained proper authorization from the copyright owner,
the seller may submit a Counter-Notice in accordance with the DMCA.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice,
the platform will proceed with further actions as required under applicable laws and the DMCA.

Additional Information

This policy is intended to protect the rights of copyright holders
and to prevent disputes between users and sellers.

False claims, unauthorized requests, or failure to comply with obligations
related to DMCA notices may result in account suspension or termination,
and may give rise to legal liability under applicable laws.
